I had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and always willing to help. The upgraded rooms had jaw-dropping views of the mountains. The location was perfect, close to town and lifts but away from traffic. The proximity to other ski areas was a pleasant surprise. The pastry and dessert chef at the restaurant created mind-blowing treats. Even with several management changeovers, the staff, including the cleaning staff and waiters, had a positive attitude. A truly fantastic experience!
